Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of red wine (750 ml), chilled
  • 1/2 cup cranberry liqueur or cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (such as Triple Sec or Cointreau)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves (optional)
  • 1/2 cup club soda, chilled
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine the Base Ingredients: In a large pitcher, mix the red wine, cranberry liqueur (or juice), brandy, orange liqueur, and honey or maple syrup. Stir well until everything is fully combined.
  • Add the Fruit and Spices: Add the fresh or frozen cranberries, orange slices, cinnamon stick, and ground cloves (if using) to the pitcher. Stir gently to incorporate the fruit and spices into the mixture.
