Ingredients
Cheese Selection:
- 200g Brie
- 200g Sharp Cheddar
- 150g Gouda
- 150g Camembert
Fruits:
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup dried apricots
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Breads and Crackers:
- 6 dinner rolls
- 1 box assorted crackers
Nuts and Others:
- 1/2 cup green olives
- 1/2 cup black olives
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup almonds
Extras:
- 2 mini pumpkins (for decoration)
- Decorative pine cones
- Rosemary sprigs
- 1 large red dahlia or any large edible flower
Instructions
- Prepare the Board: Begin by placing the cheeses on a large wooden board. Spread them out to create balance across the board.
- Add Fruits: Arrange the grapes, berries, and dried fruits near each cheese type, complementing the flavors and adding color.
- Incorporate Breads: Place dinner rolls and crackers in groups around the board, ensuring they are easily accessible from all sides.
- Scatter Nuts and Olives: Fill in gaps with olives and nuts, adding both a salty crunch and a rich texture to the assortment.
- Decorative Touches: Intersperse the mini pumpkins, pine cones, and sprigs of rosemary. Finish by placing a dahlia in the center or corner of the board for a vibrant focal point.
- Final Adjustments: Step back and adjust the placement of any items to ensure the board looks full and abundant. If there are any sparse areas, add more crackers or fruits.
