Cheese Selection:

  • 200g Brie
  • 200g Sharp Cheddar
  • 150g Gouda
  • 150g Camembert

Fruits:

  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Breads and Crackers:

  • 6 dinner rolls
  • 1 box assorted crackers

Nuts and Others:

  • 1/2 cup green olives
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup almonds

Extras:

  • 2 mini pumpkins (for decoration)
  • Decorative pine cones
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • 1 large red dahlia or any large edible flower

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Board: Begin by placing the cheeses on a large wooden board. Spread them out to create balance across the board.
