Celebrate the flavors of autumn with my Spiced Caramel Apple Sangria. This delightful twist on traditional sangria combines crisp apple, rich caramel, and warm spices, perfect for gatherings, holiday parties, or a cozy night in.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750 ml) white wine (preferably a dry or semi-dry variety)
- 1/2 cup caramel vodka
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 3 cups apple cider
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- Caramel sauce for drizzling
- Sparkling water or club soda (optional, for serving)

Instructions
- Thinly slice the apples and orange.
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, caramel vodka, brandy, and apple cider.
- Add the sliced apples, orange, cinnamon stick, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, and ground allspice.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Fill glasses with ice.
- Pour the sangria into the glasses, including some of the fruit slices.
- Top with a splash of sparkling water or club soda if desired for added fizz.
- Drizzle a bit of caramel sauce over the top of each glass for a sweet finish.
