Ingredients

- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp capers, drained

- 1 boiled egg, quartered (optional)

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions
