  4. Next, fold the uncovered side, inversely, and roll the wrapper, starting at the end, with the lettuce. Ensure the wrapper is tight. Do this for the remaining ingredients and wrapper.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the water, lime juice, garlic, sugar, chili sauce, and fish sauce. Combine the peanuts and hoisin sauce in a separate bowl.
